For Both Men and women, the best way to firm up saggy breasts is to do a couple of chest exercises that will not increase the size of your chest muscle. They will gradually decrease the extra fatty tissue around the chest and you'll have a much tighter looking chest within weeks.
The first exercise is the chest press. Simply lie on your back with a small amount of weight (using dumbbells). Talk to a certified fitness trainer to find out what weight will best suite you. If you are just starting out, start with ten pounds and if you can complete this exercise, move up to the next set of weights. Lying on your back, push the dumbbells in both hands away from your chest until your arms are straight, lower the weights back down until they are a few inches away from your chest.
Do three sets of 10 reps, this means lift the weights 10 times in a row, take a break for one minute and repeat this two more times taking a breast for one minutes between each set. Here is a good example of how to do this:
The next exercise is the chest fly. Lie on the bench again with light weights and hold them away from your body, just like when you're doing the chest press, now slowly lower the weights out to your sides instead of lowering them.
